THE FOCUSED TIGER©

The conflict mode affects our thinking, feeling, perception, and actions. Here’s how it manifests in the conflict tiger:

In the conflict arena, the Focused Tiger stands out with its unwavering determination. This creature dives boldly into battles of opinion, never hesitating and always with a touch of resolute intensity. Its clear and direct communication reverberates through heated debates, and the Tiger takes pleasure in raising its voice—sometimes with a hint of aggression. Its emotions can quickly escalate the heat of conflict, making situations more challenging.

FEELING
In these conflicts, emotions like anger, irritation, frustration, and impatience dance wildly in the Tiger's heart.

PERCEPTION
The intensity of the conflict manifests in its chest, neck, and throat—where its passion burns hottest—and in its clenched fists, ready for action.

THINKING
The Focused Tiger© often thinks in clear-cut patterns: "This is wrong, I need to correct it, this can't go on." These thoughts drive it to fix things and ensure clarity. Its mind is programmed to spot and correct mistakes, even if it means jumping into the fray. This strong inner conviction pushes the Tiger to be persistent and stand up for what it believes is right. However, this mindset can also lead to rigidity, as the Tiger might struggle to accept alternative perspectives. It's crucial for the Focused Tiger to learn to think more flexibly and stay open to new ideas to develop a more balanced understanding in conflicts.

SHADOW
Beware of the Tiger’s shadow side! Its belief that emotional investment is a sign of love can come across as overly aggressive or intimidating in conflicts. Its impulsive actions might lead to moments of regret, such as, "Oh Tiger, was that really necessary?"

ACTION
The Focused Tiger faces the challenge of breaking free from the rigidity of its emotions and acting constructively. Its task is to control its anger and use the power of clarity to explore solutions. It’s time for the Tiger to step out of its inner turmoil and approach conflicts constructively. By taking responsibility and using the transformative power of clarity, the Tiger can work towards balance and harmony in conflict resolution.

SOMATIC REGULATION EXERCISE
The Tiger has the chance to turn its claws into gold. Through somatic exercises, it can consciously channel its energy from the upper body to the rest of the body, with a focus on the feet. Using grounding techniques, the Tiger can release excess tension and energy into the earth. This grounding process helps reduce inner tension and build a stronger connection to its surroundings. Additionally, targeted breathing exercises can regulate the nervous system and help the Tiger center and calm itself during conflicts.

POTENTIAL
Through regulation, the Tiger can shine with its strengths in conflicts without intimidating others: courage, authenticity, openness, standing up for itself and its needs, and clear communication. After a burst of anger, it is prepared to apologize and effectively put things behind it.

SELF-REFLECTION
A self-reflection question for the Focused Tiger might be: "How does my spontaneous first reaction impact my interactions with others?"
